1. Eligibility


• Non-Customized Items: Returns are accepted only for quality-related issues (e.g., defects in craftsmanship, material flaws) within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags and certificates.
• Customized Items (e.g., engraved jewelry, bespoke designs): Final sale, non-returnable. However, if issues arise (e.g., resizing needs, stone loosening) within 1 year of purchase, we offer free repairs upon approval.
• Hygiene Policy: Earrings (non-customized) may be returned only for quality defects.

2. Quality Assurance & Repairs


• All products undergo strict quality inspections and are packaged under surveillance to ensure integrity.
• For defects covered under warranty:

  • Repairs will be completed within 15–20 business days, with return shipping covered by us.

3. Product Appearance Disclaimer


• Color Accuracy: All jewelry is photographed in natural light. Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting environments. Such differences do not constitute a quality issue, and the final product’s appearance shall prevail.
• Craftsmanship: Minor imperfections inherent to handcrafted luxury items are not considered defects.

4. Return Process

  • Order number, detailed issue description, and photos/videos.

  • All returns must be shipped via a major U.S. carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) with tracking.

5. Non-Quality-Related Returns


• Lost/damaged packages during return transit are the customer’s responsibility.

• Returns due to personal preference (e.g., style, color mismatch) are not accepted.

• Please carefully review the design, materials, and product details before placing your order. We encourage you to take your time—luxury jewelry is an investment, and we want every piece to bring lasting joy. Purchasing a style you may later regret benefits neither of us.
